I'm originally from the UK and first got bitten by the mountain bug as a child tramping around the beautiful Polish Tatra mountains during the summers. This will be my 3rd summit attempt on Mount Rainier. What continues to draw me to climbing is the peace and serenity of being in nature, the camaraderie of the climbing team, combined with the deep sense of personal satisfaction that comes from testing and pushing one's own physical limits. Deeply passionate and committed to helping those less fortunate in our communities - I am also thrilled to be combining this long-held personal goal with the challenge of raising money for uncompensated care for Children's Hospital with Peaks of Life.
The Peaks of Life Guild is one of nearly 500 guilds and auxiliaries of Seattle Children's Hospital Guild Association. The Peaks of Life Guild's federal tax identification number is 45-5305413 and as a subordinate organization of Seattle Children's Hospital (federal tax identification number 91-0564748), is a non-profit organization exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3)
