Aconcagua

aconcagua
In the South American summer of 2018, Peaks of Life is hosting a climb to the highest peak in the western hemisphere: Aconcagua (22,841). We will be climbing for more than the summit with a goal of raising $50,000 dollars for Seattle Children’s Hospital. We will be ascending the Ruta Normal in approximately 15 days. Ruta Normal is not a technical climbing route, but it does require a large amount of fitness and a decent amount of time to acclimatize to the higher altitudes.

Meet the climbers below, wish them luck, and help them raise funds for Seattle Children's Hospital! Each climber has a goal to raise $5,000 for the climb. The donations will support Seattle Children's Hospital in its mission to provide quality medical care to all children of the Pacific Northwest regardless of their families' financial resources.

The Peaks of Life Guild is one of nearly 500 guilds and auxiliaries of Seattle Children's Hospital Guild Association. The Peaks of Life Guild's federal tax identification number is 45-5305413 and as a subordinate organization of Seattle Children's Hospital (federal tax identification number 91-0564748), is a non-profit organization exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3).
